DuTec offer a high quality DVD replication service. This service is required to fulfill high volume orders (approx. 1000 and above) for our customers. Our DVD duplication serviceservice will satisy the lower volume orders (1000 and below).

These are the following services we offer with DVD Replication:
- Glass Mastering and Stamping.
- Up to 4 Colour Silk Screen Print.
- Various DVD Packaging options including DVD Case, Jewel Case, Slimline Jewel Case, Paper Romvelope, Clear Plastic Romvelope
- Wraparound, DVD Booklet, Backing Card, Jewel Case Booklet etc.
- Full Turnkey Support.
- Hubbing and procurement option available.
You should ensure that your DVD Label File for printing is in one of the following formats:
- Adobe Photoshop 5.0 and above – 4 Color CMYK for silk screening
- Adobe Illustrator 8.0 and above – 4 Color CMYK for silk screening
- QuarkXpress 4.1 and above – 4 Color CMYK for silk screening

Please supply files for DVD Wraps, Booklets and any other required documentation in the following formats:
- Adobe Photoshop 5.0 and above 4 color CMYK

Approval
The DVD Replication and silk screening process from the time DuTec Ltd. receives the DVD Master and graphic files supplied are in acceptable format and have been approved by the customer. Proofs will be supplied to the customer in electronic format as a portable document format(pdf).You will need adobe acrobat reader
